Recent Fire Clean

These are some photos from a recent fire clean. Our objective was to clean the soot away from the property to allow the decorators to go in and re-decorate.

Ideally we prefer to go into a fire damaged property within 48 hours of the incident. Unfortunately we were unable to gain access until much later due to Landlord and Insurance delays and sadly many items in the property couldn’t be saved due to the smoke damage not being cleaned as soon as possible. In this instance the fire was caused by an electrical fault on a computer.
