Autumn Ford do not take deposits to secure bookings. Booking are secured via confirmation of an email once a quote has been given, cancellation maybe up to 24 hrs prior to the clean from either party, but no money would be exchanged to secure the booking.

We would always ask to visit a property in order to give a Quote for the costs of the clean involved, where we cannot visit, there would be an estimate given that would be liable to change should the property or area we are cleaning fall into the remit of condition and/or size of the property, that was not advised beforehand.
